Allstoalls LLC is a software company headquartered in Hong Kong.

We build foundational systems software — compilers, runtimes, and the layers underneath them. We build from scratch rather than wrap what already exists, so the result stays inspectable and self-hostable, and so every claim about it can be checked by running it.

That principle shows up in how we document our work: pcc labels what each mode proves and what it does not. We don't claim what a test can't demonstrate.
